Meet Indra. Or as I called him, Acut.
Today is his last day at the office. I brought him there so yea, i feel kinda sad when he leaves. He's a good friend at everything. At work, and yes, at life. There's so many stories told, questions answered, and laugh shared as the smokes of the cigarettes flew away between us.
And it's not just me and him, we are part of this team :
Meet Septa, Acut, Mamang, Jay, and Ejie (L 2 R)
This is the best editor team I've experienced so far. Jay and Ejie are part of my growth as an editor, we've learn together back then at O Channel. Now we meet again at ESA TV and still learn together, with the rest of the team of course.
So, this team is incredible. This team is my friends. But this is an office and people eventually leaves. For so many reasons : bigger income, new experience, or because the office itself. I myself, too.
I got proposed. By another company. It's the place i did some sidejobs. They always did a great work and back then I always a little proud to be the part of the team even it was a freelance job. They asked me to move there. They explained my duty and responsibilities. And it seems challenging. Note challenging, it may be the trigger to move or not.
I, eventually will move. And the other's too. Who knows maybe three months from now someone got an offer and decide to leave us. No, 'us' is not the right word. Leave the office. We can always arrange to meet up somewhere, but of course it'll be different. You've already get to see them every weekday. You've already get to eat lunch together, smoke or joke around.
But what else can we do anyway beside keep being friends outta the office?
